I know you're not currently in Roma, but if you go back, there's another awesome cultural association in the San Giovanni neighborhood that specializes in obscure Friulian wines and foods called Il Tajut. They actually served us fragilino, which was cool because as I understand it, it's illegal. Of course, it was a rocking wine too.
