I could detail them out here, but you probably would not believe me, and it would take quite some time!!<br /><br /> It makes going there less pleasant, and even unpleasant, even when the food and ambiance are lovely. They consistently blame the customer for their errors. And they never, ever, apologize. I do continue to frequent them, upon occasion, due to lack of acceptable nearby bistro fare. But I am often boycotting them due to bad service received. <br /><br />That said, Le Pantruche, if you can get in, is always delicious and they are ALWAYS friendly and lovely.
